I may no longer depend on pleasant impulses to bring me before the Lord. I must rather respond to principles I know to be right, whether I feel them to be enjoyable or not.

Being a blessing from Heaven is a threat to Hell. So girl...you got what you wanted!
Luke 6:22-23 22Blessed are you when men hate you, And when they exclude you, And revile you, and cast out your name as evil, For the Son of Man's sake.
I know you have seen the comments on Sofist's site by Kc. Well, Kc is my husband and we both are bloggers and Christians.
I came across your site and you got my interest. Seldom have I seen someone your age so committed and determined in and by Faith and I know how difficult that is these days. We can only, and hope to, encourage that.
Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,
You can find out some more on our profiles and if you go to kc's site you can see a pic of us under his post: "I have been on the mountain..."
Originally I am from The Netherlands. Kc and I have been married for 3 years and we have four daugthers together: 25,21,and two 18 yrs old. My girls are still living in the Netherlands. Our 25 yrs old is living with us and our "adopted" daughter, 23,( a close friend of the family) recently moved in with us as well.
Sooooo....to answer your question: God is good and I am a fool, having Faith to become wise:-) 1 Corinthians 3:18
I'm not elegant or classy (as much as I'd like to be). I'm quirky, weird, and goofy. A good way to describe me is a mix between Lucille Ball and Pheobe (Lisa Kudrow) on "Friends". I trip and drop things and make a fool out of myself...BUT I can laugh at myself which is what keeps me sane. I'm a procrastinator. Lazy. Naive. Friendly. Hyper. Somewhat annoying :). Sparatic. Opinionated. I'm extremely loyal. I LOVE movies. I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh...It cures a multitude of ills.
